Deposit: One night's rent is due at time of reservation and the
balance is due 30 days prior to reservation date.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without
notice.
Cancellation
Policy: 80% refund of deposit
provided your cancellation notice is received at least 2 weeks prior to
reservation date. If cancellation is less than 2 weeks and we can rent
your reserved days, we will return 80% of deposit.
